I have what you’re looking for! One of the nation’s leading utilities specialists are currently seeking an ambitious individual to work within a successful commercial team based in East Sussex. The role will see you working on a large framework contract with Southern Water on project based schemes between £300k-£3.5m in value.

Predominantly site based this role allows you the opportunity to get out and see what is happening on the ground and use your commercial expertise to maximise the contracts commercial performance. These sites cover all of the Southern Water region – parts of Kent, East & West Sussex and Hampshire.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor leading this package on the framework is an extremely driven individual who is looking for like-minded commercial staff to make the framework a success.

This role offers longevity as the framework still has 3 years left.

Required:

• Civil Engineering experience
• NEC Contract experience
• Full UK driving licence

Desired:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• NEC Option C experience
• Utilities experience
