Have you got the ability to successfully manage a portfolio of work up to £10m per annum using the NEC Option C form of contract?

This is one of the leading utilities contractors with a long-term water framework for Southern Water where they are improving the network by renewing mains, building reservoir tanks and pumping stations.

They require two experienced Quantity Surveyors to run clean and/or waste water portfolios up to £10m using the NEC Option C form of contract. The role will see you undertaking client liaison duties, managing change left from the projects in the portfolios and taking care of subcontractor packages. There will also be a high focus on Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) to ensure that the works are running to plan.

Required:

• Experience working on a £10m+ civils scheme
• CVR experience
• NEC contract knowledge

Desired:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience working on a £10m+ utilities scheme
• Client-facing experience
• NEC Option C contract knowledge
• Change management experience
