11kV Commissioning Engineer - London

Do you have experience commissioning high voltage (HV) equipment?

Are you based in London or the surrounding area?

Would you like to join one of the UK’s busiest Independent Connection Providers (ICP)?

The HV Commissioning Engineer will be part of a team involved in the installation of 11kV and 33kV connections in London.  Leaders in the industry, this company has a lot of projects to deliver and are already looking forward to a busy 2020. 

Duties:

• Commissioning of LV and HV cables and plant, such as switchgear
• Primary and secondary injection testing
• Attending audits carried out by the Distribution Network Operator (DNO)
• Writing reports
• Energising networks installed by the construction / installation team

Requirements:

• Experience commissioning HV plant
• DNO authorised
• LV / HV protection understanding
• Driving licence
• Qualification in Electrical Engineering
