Calco have been going strong now for over 30 years, the Calco team is made up of our focused and dedicated sales team (ranging from Trainee to Principal Recruitment Consultants), along with our devoted Corporate staff who cover the Accounts, Marketing and Office Management side of the company.

What will YOUR role within the Calco team be?

We are looking for a Recruitment professional with previous recruitment experience and extensive knowledge of the Civils and Utilities sector. Ideally you will have at least 3 years' Recruitment experience within the Utilities sector – minimal ‘job hopping’ is very advantageous!

Your role here would be working within our Civils team, specialising in the sourcing and placing Utilities professionals, as well as working closely with relevant organisations within the sector assisting with their Recruitment needs.

You will play a pivotal part in growing our Civils team here at Calco so we require a Recruiter who is motivated and dedicated to nurturing and growing their own team. This will involve hard work and commitment – all of which will be rewarded greatly!
