Your hard work as Recruitment Consultant will be generously rewarded, previous experience isn’t vital as we will provide you with training, development and ongoing support – working with you to identify and achieve your career goals.

Day to day tasks of a Calco Recruiter involves (not limited to):

• Building, nurturing and growing your own network of professionals (making calls, sending emails, arranging meetings, attending sector events etc)
• Helping people achieve their dream careers by placing them with some of the biggest companies in the construction, engineering and property sectors
• Working closely with our Marketing Manager to get the most out of our online platforms and creating unique content to share on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
