With over 30 years in the construction, engineering and property recruitment sector we pride ourselves on our extensive sector knowledge as well as the high level of service we provide to both clients and the professionals we work with!

We currently have a number of opportunities available from Trainee level through to Senior. No experience? That is not a problem, the beauty of our team and what works so well is that we recruit individuals not based on level of experience but based on their strengths and how these can enhance the company.

All the necessary skills can be learnt on the job and training and support tailored to you, giving you the tools and confidence to become an expert recruiter.

So what are we looking for?

• If you know your LinkedIn from your Facebook and your tweets from your snaps then you already possess some of the basic skills we can nurture! Social media is a huge tool for sourcing professionals, and something we use here daily
• An individual with the willingness to learn and challenge themselves with the vision of becoming a knowledgeable recruiter.
• Of course strong communication and personable skills will be massively advantageous as interacting with clients and candidates is a huge part of this role

• You can find us in heart of East Croydon, 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and a stone’s throw away from the pretty infamous Boxpark.
• Calco is located in a spot that is easy to commute to and from (key for client meetings!)
• With so many impressive construction projects on our doorstep Croydon is a hub of activity!
