An opportunity to join a forward thinking construction services business specialising in a variety of high end commercial and residential type projects. This client is a distinguished main contractor specialising in London's most luxurious residential properties for over a quarter of a century.

Position

You will be responsible for the commercial aspects of the assigned projects, from procurement through to final accounts and the management of Cash Flow Forecasts for running the phase of the project working.

This role will see you report to the Commercial Manager and you will be running the monthly reports, costings, sub-contract packages and variations. This position is office based with some client facing and site visits.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow.

Essential criteria:

0-3 years’ relevant experience

Developer or main contracting experience

Passionate about construction, house building and customer service

Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Computer literate and thorough knowledge of current forms of contract

Desired criteria:

Qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Strong negotiation skills
