If you are looking for a move in to a role which offers real career progression in a team with a market leading developer, working on UK residential projects, this is the role for you! My client is looking for a Technical Manager to take a 70 unit apartment complex from phase 3 to completion.

The right Technical Manager will have experience with traditional build and RC frame. This role requires you to oversee technical issues on site, based in South West London. 

As Technical Manager you will be reporting in to the Technical Director and managing an external team of architects and engineers.

There will be ongoing support and training as well as superb career progression, should you wish to take it. The projects will be interesting, ever challenging and will all be different from the last, offering variety to this role.

Key Requirements:

• Back ground in Architecture, Civil Engineering or another relevant related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Technical or Design Manager working with developers.
• Experienced working on traditional build as well as RC frame projects.
• Overseeing medium to large residential projects developer.
• Available ASAP to 4 week notice
