The Company:

A top 5 demolition contractor with ambitions to become number 1. Currently, their turnover sits at over £150m however they have targets in place to double that in the next 3-5 years. They have been extremely successful in recent tendering and have secured £40m worth of work for the New Year.

The Role:

Due to this influx of work coming through, they have identified the need to recruit a Technical Manager. This will be someone solely focused on the ‘technical side’ of a project, i.e. site documentation, health & safety, etc. Training will be provided for the successful Technical Manager in order to develop into the role.

The Ideal Individual:

• 2-4 years site experience as either an Engineer or Agent/Manager
• Experience in working within the demolition or civils sectors
• Ambition to develop into a more technical role rather than being out on site
