My client is looking for a Technical Manager to join a dynamic team for an exciting residential project. As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.

You will be the driving force behind the project, managing all aspects of the design, from concept to completion. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to think creatively and strategically to achieve the desired outcome.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a residential design role, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, design or engineering, and will have a good understanding of the principles of sustainable design and construction.

In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a team of designers and engineers. You will also need to be able to work with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors and suppliers.
