As Technical Design Manager you will be a self-starter, who is confident in their own capacity to perform and to lead; and yet recognise the necessity for a winning team spirit.
As Technical Design Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Manager with responsibility for all projects in terms of the delivery of compliance and Certification, with respect to Design, Planning, Building Control, Building Warranty, etc. Building Design.
Cost effective design and construction and the capacity to value-engineer design and construction solutions, is an essential attribute. A third level qualification allied to technical and inter-personal negotiating skills, is an essential pre-requisite.
