Client: 

This contractor is currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to be based in the heart of London. On off is an excellent salary and brilliant package, this role will see you working in a vibrant office presenting you with clear career progression, full support and training!

Candidate: 

The ideal professional doesn’t have to have a great deal of experience working as a Technical Coordinator previously. This role would suit someone who has had a minimum of 3 years site experience as a manager or engineer and is not looking for a change from being onsite.

You will:

• Be computer literate and able to use (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate knowledge of programmes such as Sketch up, this would be a big benefit but is not essential.
• Have a good telephone manor.
• Have good time management skills

Job Opportunity:

The role would be within the pre-construction team and would require the following;

• Reviewing tender information.
• Producing method statements, plans of work, sequence sketches.
• Producing of programmes – Training will be given.
• Producing mid bid and post bid presentations
• Helping with estimating by carrying out take offs and working out volumes.
