Working in a busy and fast paced project environment with an expansive portfolio of rail projects under the Network Rail Framework agreements including performing construction, refurb and maintenance on stations, line side civils, Bridge and Structural repairs, P-Way and level crossings, Groundworks including Embankment stabilisation, drainage and remediation. To support the delivery of the projects we are looking to recruit a Sub-Agent to work with the Projects Manger to ensure the delivery of the contract within programme time and budget. In this role you will Liaise with site staff and managing surveyor to ensure tender allowances are not exceeded, continuously monitor the contract progress to ensure contract objectives are being met whilst ensuring that in conjunction with the site team changes to the contract are identified, agreed and effectively managed.

To be considered for this role the successful Sub-Agent will ideally have the following background and experience:

• Experience as a Senior Engineer or Sub Agent in a civil engineering environment ideally in rail maintenance.
• Degree or higher level qualification in civil engineering or related discipline.
• SMSTS  / SSSTS
• CSCS Card
