This dynamic managerial position has a commercial, public sector focus on the optimisation of the Council’s land and property portfolios. As a strategically focused individual your role as Strategic Property Manager will actively manage the full asset portfolio and ensure each asset is maximised in both a revenue and experiential capacity.

This role will see you achieve this by using expert advice to convert, acquire, dispose, or continue current use in relation to the set out objectives and community/customer needs.

The ideal Strategic Property Manager will be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with previous experience and a strong track record in delivering successful projects, programmes and demonstrate an understanding of issues. Experience of budget setting and monitoring is also a must.
