Site Supervisor

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary + Package: £35k (14/15 per hour) + car allowance (£5k), pension, 25 days of annual leave excluding bank holidays.

This specialist hard and soft landscaping contractor are looking for an experienced groundworks/landscaping/civils Site Supervisor as they’ve been successful in winning some highly sought-after tenders that are mostly located in Central London. These are valued between £500k-5m and are for luxury residential developers, local-authorities, private clients and main contractors such as Mace…so a real variety of schemes.

The company are renowned for their genuine approach and ability to secure repeat business, with 85% of their current workload being from repeat customers. As Site Supervisor you will have the opportunity to further strengthen the already existing relationships and build potential new ones.

Given the way that they are expanding as an organisation, they are seeking a Site Supervisor that has the same forward-thinking mind set as them. If you join and impress then they will be looking to progress you as an individual, so you could be considered for a promotion within the next 2 years!

Required criteria for the chosen Site Supervisor:

Groundworks/Landscaping/civils experience

As the Site Supervisor you will need to have access to the offices in Bedfordshire to in order to gather equipment for site work.
