Site Project Manager (Renewables)

Up to £50k + Car/Car allowance (£3k+), Company Pension, Company Bonus scheme

Reports To: Head of Supply Chain Delivery / Senior PM Renewables

Based: East Anglia

As a trusted energy partner providing an end-to-end service, they connect, own, operate and maintain metering systems and databases on behalf of energy suppliers, as well as delivering metering, energy management and utility connection services directly for large energy consumers and multi-site organisations.

Project Managers role

The Project Manager will act as the companies Energy Services Site representative on a number of Grid Connected Battery Energy Storage System new build projects, working alongside the appointed contractors. The role or Project Manager will involve managing and reporting to the internal Energy Services team on the progress and performance of the appointed contractors.

The Project Manager will be responsible for signing off completed works as required by the Senior Project Manager and HOSCD

Project Managers education and skill requirements

• Electrical Engineering Degree or HNC
• Project Management qualifications
• Health & Safety Qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH)
• SMSTS / SMSTs
• Previous experience in Electrical Connections Construction environment
• Previous experience within a Grid Connected Renewables environment
• Sound H & S knowledge and experience within large electrical connections / Renewable construction projects
