Site Manager-Groundworks - London

An up and coming groundworks and RC frame contractor needs you!

Due to a successful 2017 in securing work, this growing specialist groundworks and RC frame contractor is looking to recruit Site Manager for groundworks schemes based in Central London. These are up to £5m in value and can give you up to 12 months’ of work.

The role will see you carrying out the following duties on a day to day basis:

• Overseeing all groundworks on site
• Coordinating with the Project Manager
• Overseeing Risk Assessments and Method Statements compliance

The ideal Site Manager will have 2+ years’ experience within the groundworks sector and will hold a valid SMSTS ticket.

Successful performance will ensure continuity of work as this contractor have a full order book and future schemes in the pipeline.
