Are you a Site Manager with finishing’s experience of working on high profile residential developments? 

Do you have proven experience in working on a major multi-million pound residential projects?

Are you looking for an exciting long term freelance opportunity on one on London’s most prestigious developments? 

Responsibilities:

As Site Manager your role will involve being part of a successful team looking after the finishing’s on a highly impressive £100m plus residential project. Reporting into the Project Manager, your role will involve managing subcontractor’s quality of work and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management. Experience as a Site Manager, with a structured career history within a main contractor or a developer is essential.  

Required criteria:

• Fit-out Experience
• Experience of working on projects £20m plus
• Construction or Site Management Experience
