Salary: £55k + travel allowance + pension + company car

This rapidly expanding developer has an opportunity for a Site Manager to join them - Is that YOU?

This developer who has successfully been running for over a decade and have a number of projects already secured along with loads of contracts won, they are now looking to expand their construction division by adding a Site Manager to their team.

They are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to run a New Build residential project valued at £2.5M. You will be required to take this project from inception right through to completion.

The ideal Site Manager will:

• Have successful experience in running residential projects
• Have excellent written + verbal skills
• Have a can do attitude
