Site Manager (Residential – External Works)

Salary: £55k + travel allowance + pension + company car

Location: Kent

If you are a Site Manager with experience of running external packages and keen to work for a rapidly expanding developer then this is the opportunity for you! 

This developer has successfully been running for over a decade now and with a number of projects already secured along with loads of contracts won, they are now looking to expand their construction division by adding a Site Manager to their team.

They are looking to recruit a Site Manager to run an external package on this stunning residential scheme in Kent, you will be overseeing this from inception through to completion.

The ideal Site Manager will:

• Have experience working on residential projects with SME sized companies
• Have experience running external packages on Residential Projects
• Excellent written + verbal skills
