An opportunity with a reputable Watford-based developer has arisen for an experienced Site Manager. This developer specialises in the construction and sale of small and medium sized high-end residential developments. The initial project will be located in Harrow with future work in West London and Surrey.
The initial project is a conversion of a former office building to produce 25 new large apartments and retail on the lower floors of the building. Strip-out is underway at present and they are looking for a Site Manager with both internal and external refurbishment/construction experience to take it from this stage through to the high specification complete product.
Brown field sites have been acquired by the business and new build developments are being designed for them at present. It’s likely this role will go on to run a mid-rise RC frame high-end apartment block after completion of the initial project.
The business successfully develop on land on the outskirts of London and inside Home Counties. The business has a very good quality team in place and are looking for someone experienced working with other reputable developers.
They are looking for a confident Site Manager who is able to lead a construction project from start to finish independently, new build experience is required for this role.
Stable permanent work history spending multiple years with previous employers is essential. Unfortunately applicants with freelance backgrounds will not be considered.
