Then this position with a highly successful Developer could be the ideal opportunity for you!

This successful Developer is currently looking to recruit a No.1 Site Manager for a residential project in the South London area. They are looking to take the company in a new direction and this new position has come about due to expansion. The successful Site Manager will have the opportunity to progress their career within this company.

The Site Manager will work closely with a Project Manager, managing the buildings of 10 units. This role will see you take responsibility for the smooth running of the project ensuring it is being delivered with in time and budget to strict safety requirements. They have a portfolio of exciting projects and opportunities in the pipeline and career progression and suitability are assured.  

Successful Site Manager will have:

• Minimum 8 years proven Site Management experience
• Residential experience
• RC frame, brick cladding, ground work and finishing experience
• Complete projects from inception to hand over

On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus pension and after 6months you get private health care. There is great potential for career progression.
