With over 40s experience within the industry they are committed to building and maintaining long term professional relationships and are now looking to introduce a Site Manager to their team.
What will your role involve?
Your role as Site Manager will see you joining the company, who are the principal contractor on three projects based in Central London, these projects are valued between £15-25m! This role will see you carrying out a number of site management duties across all three projects as well as supervising five Foreman whilst reporting directly into the Project Manager. This division is expanding so there is the opportunity for career development and progression within this organisation.

What is on offer to the chosen Site Manager?
There is a salary of £50,000-£55,000 as well as a package including a company car, or car allowance or travel allowance which will be to 10% of the salary. As Site Manager you will also receive a project-related bonus, pension and healthcare.
