They are now seeking a Site Manager to play a key role on a £30m residential development. As Site Manager, a proven track record of working with key main contractors or developers will be essential along with a solid history of running projects on time and within budget.

• Minimum 5 years proven Site Management experience
• Project Delivery of residential or hotel projects
• Experience of working on projects £20m plus
