Site Manager– High rise residential/ refurbishments

Circa: £40k plus package (Temp – Perm)

If you are a Site Manager with experience working on Refurbishment / Fit Out projects – this is the opportunity for you!

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join this highly successful building and refurbishment contractor based in the heart of London, they pride themselves on being the best in the game when it comes to refurbishments and New Builds.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join this business who have been extremely busy despite the crazy year we have all had!

They now require a Site Manager to lead a £700k refurbishment project in West London once refurbishment works have been completed you will move onto the internal works.

Ideal Site Manager will:

• Have successful experience of leading teams on Refurbishment/ Fit-Out projects (5+ years)
• Have experience working on high rise residential projects
• Must be driven with a can do attitude
