Site Manager – Residential (South London)

Contract – up to £250 a day

Start Date – January 2021

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for long term work?

Located in South London?

Tired of not being recognised for all the hard work you put in?

With a big pipeline of work going into the new year and with projects already won this up and coming house building company which has already built many impressive homes all around London is now looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage two sites.

One Site has already kicked off with one due to kick off in January and you will be expected ti take this start from start through to completion.

The ideal Site Manager will:

• 5+ years’ experience management experience
• Experience of running multiple residential unit schemes
• Used to working with small companies
• Have a proven track record of delivering residential projects
