Site Manager (Demolition)

Salary + Package*: up to £60k-80k + Car Allowance, Pension, Private Healthcare, Bonus Scheme

Based: Richmond

The company’s objective is to continue providing quality services to their many clients by working on a wide variety of prestigious construction projects.

The company’s goal is to keep their status as being the best civil engineering and demolition contractor 30 miles outside of London.

The role:

• Manage the project specific budget
• The objective of this role is the Management of site operatives and the day-to-day running of the site. This includes identifying and noticing contract changes.

Required criteria:

• Must have 4 years minimum being a Site Manager with Demolition experience
• Commercially astute with impressive management skills as you will be required to oversee a medium size work force.
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Structured career history
• .Have a dynamic approach to your work
• Hold a full driving licence
