Site Manager (Remediation) - London - W

A thriving multi-disciplined civils contractor needs your expertise for a long-term remediation scheme in West London!

A Site Manager is required for a minimum of 9 months on a large remediation project in West London. This is working for a thriving civils specialist that has secured a significant order book going forward for the next 12 months totalling to over £50m.

The role involves a small amount of asbestos removal, overseeing all site documentation and leading a team of 3 Foremen to ensure that progress is on target.

The ideal Site Manager will have 5+ years’ experience including remediation projects and valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Previous experience with asbestos removal would be advantageous too.

If performance is successful on this project, there is the opportunity for you to work on another project internally.
