As the Site Manager you will play a key role on a £50 million plus residential development in Brighton. This should be done within the time scale set whilst also keeping within the budget, previous experience of this will be very advantageous!

The ideal Site Manager will have:

- A minimum of 8 years proven Site management experience
- Experience of residential developments £30 million plus
