Site Manager (Groundworks) - Surrey

Come and manage the groundworks and 278 works of a large residential development!

A Site Manager is required to oversee all groundworks and section 278 infrastructure for a landmark residential scheme totalling to around £25m overall. This is working for a specialist contractor that has pride in the fact that over 80% of their contracts is repeat business. This is a long-term project lasting at least 12 months.

As the Site Manager, your duties will be:

• Ensure that all Quality Assurance paperwork is accurate and up to date
• Keep health and safety records up to date
• Manage site teams ensuring that work is to quality standards

The successful Site Manager will have a proven background of being out on a groundworks site, hold a valid SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card, and be available within 2 weeks’ notice.
