Site Manager (Demolition & Civils) - London

One of the South East’s most accredited subcontractors has identified the need to recruit an experienced Site Manager within their Demolition & Civils division. This is to work closely with a Project Manager in ensuring assigned works on site are delivered accurately on to deadline.

As a Site Manager, your duties will be to:

• Oversee a team of Foremen that will be reporting to you on a daily basis
• Ensure all project paperwork is accurate and handed in to deadline
• Report on a regular basis to your Project Manager

The ideal Site Manager will be a degree-qualified professional with 5+ years experience and a structured career history within the Demolition/Civils sector. Ideally this will be working on projects within the residential, commercial, retail, rail or industrial environments.
