The Company:

Established over 50 years ago, this contractor has built up a reputation for delivering specialist demolition, groundworks and RC frame solutions to the private and public sectors. They have the ability to operate as both a principal and subcontractor and can take on projects up to £50m in value. They take pride in the fact that they ensure safety for all involved in their projects, deliver a specialist service on time & to budget and have in-house resources to deliver their assigned schemes.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit an established Site Manager that has experience in delivering schemes with deep excavation and basements for heavyweight developments. This is due to several projects due to start on site in the New Year in Central London ranging between £15-35m in value. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers and Supervisors as well as completing method statements and risk assessments.

The Ideal Individual:

• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experience in delivering deep excavation/basement schemes
