A  Civil Engineering contractor, with a history of delivering complex infrastructure that improves lives has a great opportunity for a Site Engineer to join their busy expanding team. Due to additional workloads they are looking to strengthen their engineering team by recruiting a Site Engineer to work in their busy and fast paced Rail business unit initially working on a lineside heavy civils scheme in Buckinghamshire.

Moving forward you would be working across a range of civil engineering works associated with Network Rail infrastructures including renewals, bridge reconstruction/replacement, upgrades & refurbishments, station works, platform extensions you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the effective delivery of the project.

To be considered for this role the successful Site Engineer will ideally have the following background and experience:

• Substantial experience of carrying out Site Engineer duties in the rail sector including surveying and setting out ideally within heavy civils, e.g. drainage, earthworks.
• Ideally degree or higher level qualification in an engineering discipline
• Hold a valid PTS card
• Structured career history
