Rail Site Agent / Site Manager

Freelance:    to £340 per day (Ltd Co)

Based:    Stroud, Gloucestershire

Come and join a highly respected, leading contractor working within their Rail Division.

As Rail Site Agent /Site Manager you will be responsible for the set-up of the site on this £5m project based in Gloucestershire.

Role:

• Immediate start!
• Manage sub-contractors / self-delivery teams to deliver the bridge replacement, materials movement, earthworks and vegetation clearance works.
• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis with the support of an Engineer and Site Foreman
• Ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.
• Deal with various areas of site paperwork

Required:

• Experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager on rail projects with knowledge of working on blockades for replacing bridges
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• PTS card
