Site Agent (Aviation)

Location: West London

Salary: Up to £75k + excellent package

• Are you a Site Agent with experience in working on construction or complex civil engineering projects?
• Would you be interested in working with the Aviation sector?
• Would you like to work for one of the leading Global Aviation and Engineering organisations with an exciting portfolio of work in the UK?

The work my client is carrying out at the UK’s largest airport, with this particular role focused on managing a team to deliver a roads project

Key skills and experience:

• Successful experience at a management engineering level in construction (on site)
• Crucial to have experience engaging with the client, discussing prepared programmes, cost plans, forecasts, etc.
• Demonstrated application of growing commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience of working in a cost-conscious environment
• Good people management experience
• Experience in managing subcontractors.
• Experience in stakeholder’s management (client)
• Relationship building with external parties is a critical requirement
• A highly capable construction problem solver
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels.
• Computer literacy advance
