There is an opportunity to join an international market leading contractor who operates within the: Tunnels, Highways, Dams, Bridges and Infrastructures sectors of engineering. The organisation is looking for a Shift Engineer to work on one of their London Underground infrastructure projects.

Position

You will be reporting to the Project Engineer on this project. As a Shift Engineer you will delegate tasks to subordinate technicians and operators while also overseeing their performance. This role will also see you taking responsibility for taking charge of all the aspects of operations during the assigned shift.

Essential criteria

• Experience having worked on heavy infrastructure, ideally tunnelling projects/Crossrail
• Someone who is willing to work day and night shifts.

Desirable criteria

• Sprayed Concrete Lining(SCL) experience
