One of the country’s top utilities specialist contractor’s has identified the need to recruit a SHEQ Manager for their Yorkshire Water contract. This is to lead the contract in ensuring that the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) is run to standard on all sites dealing closely with both subcontractors and the client directly.

As the SHEQ Manager, your duties will be:

• Manage the SHEQ team across the Yorkshire Water contractual area
• Provide expert SHEQ advice and support to operational personnel within the contractual area.
• Strategically advise and support the Contract Director with SHEQ strategy across the contractual area.

The ideal SHEQ Manager will be chartered to either CMIOSH or MIRSM, have relevant EUSR qualifications and a solid understanding of quality audits. A National Diploma or NVQ5/6 Health and Safety / BSc or MSc Health and Safety is also desirable.
