• Are you a Project Manager with a shell and core background? 
• Do you have experience of RC Frame, Basement and Groundworks experience?

This highly successful developer is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a multi-million pound, world-class commercial-led development. The right Project Manager will be required to take this project from pre-construction through to completion. 

As Project Manager you will have an understanding of the development process from acquisition to disposal, proven ability to set and control budgets including cashflow and approval of the same, proven ability to prepare, own and control project risk registers and demonstrable understanding of project planning, programming, and scheduling. 

The ideal Project Manager will have:

• Experience of RC Frame, Basements and Groundworks 
• Residential or Commercial background
