Setting-Out Engineer (Basements) - London - C

Come and work on a long-term commercial development for a market-leading contractor!

A Setting-Out Engineer is required to work on a £15m+ scheme in the heart of the city to set-out lift shafts, basements, piles and groundworks. This is a large scheme, so there is at least 9 months’ worth of work there and further work is in the pipeline.

As the Setting-Out Engineer, your duties will be:

• Ensure the Quality Assurance process is followed and all documentation is recorded
• Oversee the setting-out of assigned packages of lift shafts, basements, piles and groundworks
• Work closely with a Foreman on site ensuring that all works are to quality standards

The successful Setting-Out Engineer will have a proven background within this field and will have experience on working on projects £10m+ in value.
