Salary +Package:  up to £220 daily rate +vehicle.

Role: Permanent

Location: North London

CALLING ALL SETTING OUT ENGINEERS!!!

Due to recent success in tendering for a portfolio of RC Frames and Groundworks projects across the outer rim of London and North London, one of the up and coming RC Frames and Groundworks contractors in the UK is recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to manage a variety of projects in North London.

As a Setting Out Engineer, your duties will be to:

• Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
• Overseeing quality control
• Monitoring health and safety
• Liaising between design engineers and the construction team, to ensure plans and drawings are accurate and achievable
• Planning and organising work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Managing the groundworks, RC Frames areas of build

Required criteria:

• 3-5 years’ experience as  a Setting Out Engineer working on either commercial or residential sites
• Beneficial  to have worked on either/both  RC Frames and Groundworks sites
• Beneficial to have an engineering degree
