I am currently working with a market leading interior refurbishment specialist who work on highly established developments in the commercial, residential and Retail sectors.

They have been providing an extremely high level of service to businesses, cities and institutions across the world and are trusted to deliver efficiently to project demands.

The Role:-

Due to the growth in the project development, they are currently looking for a Senior Technical Services Manager to efficiently manage the technical performance and maintenance of standards on the contract. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working commercial fit out developments and have worked for a previous contractors or specialist M+E contractors.  This position will involve the management of three Technical Services Managers so strong leadership skills in addition to a proactive and dynamic approach to project challenges are essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:-

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Technical Services team and maximise the effective use of their time and expertise
  • Act as a point of escalation to support the resolution of high value customer complaints
  • Review MEP tender returns and appoint specialist contractors
  • Work closely with the Product Managers to identify opportunities in the marketplace for the introduction of new products.
  • Promote a culture of continual improvement in product performance and installation techniques arising from customer feedback and the team’s expertise.
  • Planning and execute the building services engineering delivery and associated commissioning
  • Develop a creative thinking environment to enable the Technical Services team to design or create new applications, systems, or products to deliver leading edge solutions.

This contract will be ongoing until the end of December 2019.
