The successful Senior Site Manager will be responsible for a £15 million, new build, design and build residential scheme. You will be responsible for taking this site from start through to completion,  you take responsibility for managing the site, health and safety aspect while driving the program forward.

The ideal Senior Site Manager will have:

• A minimum of 6 years proven Site Management experience (not necessarily as the Senior Site Manager)
• Main Contractor Experience
• Design & Build experience
• Residential project experience
