This developer over the past 20 years has established a reputation of regenerating brownfield site and transforming them in to attractive developments.

This established developer are looking to bring in a Senior Site Manager in the North West London, to work closely with a Project Manager, managing 2 blocks of 4 to 5 storey buildings of 80 units. This role will see you take responsibility for the smooth running of the project ensuring it is being delivered within time and budget to strict safety requirements, whilst managing a large team.

Successful Senior Site Manager will have:

• Minimum 5 years proven senior site management experience
• Residential experience
• RC frame, brick cladding and ground work experience
• Complete project from inception to hand over

On offer is a long term contract for the duration of the project, scheduled for up to 2 years commencing on site in mid January.
