After a very successful 2020 and with an increase in turn over this well-established sub-contractor is now looking to expand their construction division by adding a Senior Site Manager to their team.

As a Senior Site Manager you will be reporting into the Project Manager while leading a team on prestigious residential projects up to the value of £10M in Central London.

This opportunity will see you leading a team while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Senior Site Manager will:

• Have a solid dry lining background (7+ years)
• Have experience delivering projects to tier 1 clients (5+ years
• Possess SMSTS, black card, first aid at work
• Have a hands on approach to every aspect of the project to ensure successful delivery
