They now require a dedicated Senior Site Manager to join their team to work on regeneration projects valued £20-£80 million. Experience of design & build residential projects both new build & refurbishment with a main contractors is essential as well as the ability to build good working relationships with their clients who they see as partners.

The ideal Senior Site Manager will have a stable career background working with main contractors ideally on Design & Build residential projects and be able to show career progression.  Managing construction activities on challenging regeneration developments  as well as building successful long term relationships will require both technical expertise and great interpersonal skills.

The successful Senior Site  Manager will be handsomely rewarded with a salary circa £65k, car allowance, private pension plan and a comprehensive insurance package including life and death cover.
