With an unrivalled reputation for excellence this leading contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to lead a traditional build development of 50 units.  

As Senior Site Manager you will ensure that the site is run in a safe and efficient way. Review method statements and risk assessments, arrange and chair pre-start meetings with sub - contractors and attend hand - over meeting with pre-construction team.  Must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget, along with that will have excellent communication skills

The ideal Senior Site Manager will have:

Residential Experience

8 years + Site Management experience

Strong communications skills

Ability to hit the ground running
