Senior Site Manager - Surrey

As Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for managing a team to produce impeccable new build residential developments in the Surrey area within a set time frame and budget. The successful individual must work effectively with their team and sustain a positive, dedicated attitude throughout and ensure excellent communication for the duration of the projects. In order to be considered for this role, you must have worked within the residential sector of the construction industry with a main contractor or developer for a minimum of 8 years.

Essential criteria:

- Minimum 8 years proven Site Management experience

- Project delivery of residential developments 

- Timber Frame experience

- RC Frame experience
