An exciting opening has developed within the RC Frame / structures division of this outstanding contractor.  With a current project portfolio of major schemes being delivered in London on £100m + packages, they have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to form an integral part on a prestigious Mixed Use development in Central London.  The idea will be to commercially tie up an existing contract, then move across as a lead Quantity Surveyor on 1 of 2 mixed use schemes secured in Central London for mid 2021.  This role will see you report directly into the sector Commercial Director.   

The working environment of the company is one which is supportive but allows you to take autonomy over the project/tasks you are delivering.  They have excellent development and long term career prospects with an experienced commercial lead on hand to offer advice as and when it’s required.

Required criteria:

• 7 + years relevant experience
• Structures / RC Frame experience
• Strong eye for detail
• Able to work independently
• Team player
