  • Whilst reporting to the experienced Managing Surveyor, initially this role of Senior Quantity Surveyor will see you involved in a £50m new-build development in Acton which is 203 plots, primarily focusing on reinforced concrete frame works.

Required criteria for chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Experience managing subcontractor packages
  • Main contractor or developer background
  • New-build residential experience
  • 10+ years relevant experience
