Whilst reporting to the experienced Managing Surveyor, initially the role will see you involved in a £50m new-build development in Acton which is 203 plots, primarily focussing on reinforced concrete frame works.

Required:

• Experience managing subcontractor packages
• Main contractor or developer background
• New-build residential experience
• 10+ years relevant experience
